In particular I recommend a subscription to ETProfessional. The subscriptions are not expensive and would be a good investment for a language school or a university teacher-education program. Three of the journals require a subscription. However, some of the journals I have selected publish both practical and theoretical articles. I have tried to find publications that (1) have a practical classroom orientation, and (2) are freely available on the internet. I have avoided journals that are research oriented (Studies in Second Language Acquisition TESOL Quarterly). It will be well worth your time and effort to explore each of these sites. The general sites have several to sometimes many categories of useful links and offer a wide variety of tips, ideas, suggestions and teaching resources. Most of the resources I have selected are straightforward, but I believe a few comments and words of explanation would be beneficial.
